10 best non-alcoholic wines for Thanksgiving 2025

Which non-alcoholic wines taste like wine and will pair with your bird and it’s fixings!

More and more guests heading to Thanksgiving dinner this year will be watching what they drink, and while there are lots of great mocktail options out there, wine is really the only thing that pairs well with food. Contrary to popular beliefs, it’s possible to pair non-alcoholic wines with food, especially savoury meals like Thanksgiving.

Here is a roundup of the best non-alcoholic red, white and sparkling wines for Thanksgiving, across various price points, so you can serve up a beautifully inclusive holiday experience for you and your guests.

Red

1. Zeronimo Leonis Blend, $65 (Austria)

Pricey but worth it! This is a dealcoholized version of a 98-point wine also called Leonis Blend from an established winery in Austria. It is perhaps the only wine in the world that really tastes like real red wine, because the winemaker doesn’t use invert sugar or aroma extracts to create artificial flavors after dealcoholization. If you appreciate fine European wine, and have been known to splurge on expensive vintages, this will be the star of the table for you.

Find it at Zeronimowine.com.

2. Tomorrow Cellars Red Blend, $30 (U.S)

This is a structured and juicy Napa Valley red, with tannins and complexity reminiscent of a vintage wine. It will be a great pairing with juicy dark meat or dry roasted herbed vegetables. If you want the taste of red wine this Thanksgiving, this is a GREAT non-alcoholic red worth the investment!

3. Saint Viviana Cabernet Sauvignon, $24 (U.S.)

The Saint Viviana Cabernet Sauvignon is a sleeper hit. Made in Washington State, this non-alcoholic red has the elusive dryness and tannins that we’re all looking for. It’s got juicy black cherry and current notes with a hint of oakiness. It’s almost a little bit too dry for turkey, so if you’re serving up an alternative Thanksgiving table, this will pair nicely with squash, creamy vegetable gratins or cheesy appetizers.

WHITES

4. Leitz Eins Zwei Zero Riesling, $19 (Germany)

Riesling has always been the star of Thanksgiving whites, with its off-dry body and intense aromatics that pair exceptionally well with savoury dishes. Riesling is also a fantastic grape to dealcoholize, because of its aromatics and ability to maintain its character. Leitz is a 200 year old winery and was the first non-alcoholic wine brand to make dealcoholized riesling fifteen years ago. The Leitz Eins Zwei Zero is still a star in the category. It’s an off-dry riesling, with a surprising minerality and a hint of petrol which is very common in  the Rheingau wine-growing region of Germany. They make a sparkling version as well, which is absolutely delicious! If you like a softer and sweeter white with your meals, this is the one for you.

5. Giesen 0% Sauvignon Blanc, $17 (New Zealand)

Giesen Sauvignon Blanc retains everything you want in a Sauvignon Blanc wine even though it's been dealcoholized. You’ll love the crisp, grassy, green aroma and palette and the fact that it's only a few grams of sugar per glass makes this a binge worthy bottle. The high-acidity in this non-alcoholic white will cut through the dark meat of the turkey, and wash down those starchy sides. If you usually like Kim Crawford Sauvi B, you’ll love this one!

6. Sovi Chenin Blanc, $34 (California)

Chenin Blanc is another Thanksgiving-friendly sommelier recommendation. It’s a native grape to South Africa and because of its high acidity, it’s also a great varietal to dealcoholize. The Sovi Chenin Blanc is soft and juicy with just a medium-minus acidity, and will be a great pairing for the savoury flavours of Thanksgiving.

BUBBLES

7. Zeronimo Sparkling Select, $40 (Austria)

Similar to the Zeronimo red wines, the Sparkling Select is made without any invert sugars or aroma extracts because of strict Austrian wine rules. As a result this wine is beautifully complex, layered and as light as fairy dust on your palate. It’s made from a blend of tectonic Austrian grapes: gruner veltliner, gerber muscatel and rivaner, with light carbonation. This is a very versatile non-alcoholic sparkling wine and it will go with anything on your Thanksgiving table - from roasted vegetables to turkey and all the fixings. If you appreciate fine champagne, you will l love this bottle!

8. Oddbird Blanc de Blanc, $25 (France)

Oddbird Blanc de Blanc has been one of my hands-down favourites since I first discovered it in 2021. The Swedish brand was one of the first real non-alcoholic bubblies in the world and has withstood the test of time. It’s unique because it strikes a beautiful balance between acidity and sweetness and bubbles, and offers an experience that feels quietly luxurious at a very reasonable price point.

9. Joyus Sparkling Rosé

What a surprise when you open this bottle! It’s a blend of Colombard and zinfandel with balanced notes of orange blossom, apricot, blackberries and vanilla. Lots of delicious juicy notes, with well balanced with the acidity giving this a really lovely rich complexity rare for a non-alcoholic sparkler. It’s a perfect pairing with anything on your festive table!

10. Mionetto Dealcoholized Sparkling Wine, $14 (Italy)

A bargain basement price, but not a bargain basement price! This affordable bottle is a dead ringer for its boozy prosecco sister. This is a zippy and bright bubbly, with loads of acidity and quite dry with a hint of sweetness. Despite the higher sugar, it doesn’t taste like sweetened, carbonated grape juice. There’s not a lot of complexity, but the acid backbone keeps it crisp and elegant, with notes of peach, apple and cranberry.
