Some Good Clean Fun is a lifestyle platform for women created by leading non-alcoholic drinks expert Sarah Kate. We write about non-alcoholic drinks, feature mocktail recipes and celebrate stories about health and wellness without alcohol!
Our belief is that everyone, especially women, can benefit from loving a life with less alcohol for preventative wellness and better mental health.

Sarah Kate is a non-alcoholic drinks expert and lifestyle advocate for women over 40 learning to love a life with less alcohol.
Sarah Kate is a non-alcoholic drinks expert and thought-leader in the mindful drinking space. She is an advocate for alcohol-free drinks, mocktails and the sober-curious and alcohol-free lifestyle.
As a previous student of wine, but also heavy drinker, Sarah Kate has been practicing an alcohol-free lifestyle since 2020.
She is a public speaker and on-air expert and has been featured in Forbes Women, Globe & Mail, Toronto Star, Business Insider, and on shows such as CTV’s The Social, CTV’s Morning Live, Breakfast Television and more.
Toronto Life recently featured Sarah Kate as a sober sommelier changing the conversation about what to drink when you’re sober curious or not-drinking.
Sarah Kate is also a mom of two teens and thought-leader determined to change the conversation about women, wine and health.
