Best Non-Alcoholic Champagne & Sparkling Wines 2026
/A review of some of my favorite non-alcoholic sparkling wines
I’m a sober sommelier and I get asked a lot about “What’s the best non-alcoholic champagne or non-alcoholic sparkling wine?” Good question! There have been so many excellent alcohol-free bubbles ‘popping’ up over the years, and in fact, it’s one of the best categories in the whole non-alcoholic wine domaine. This list is updated frequently as I find new options to add during my testing and reviewing.

I think a great sparkling wine is actually perfect for a weeknight dinner and that you don’t need to wait for a special occasion to drink this style of wine. The same goes for the non-alcoholic variety. When you find a good one, you know you can pop the cork anytime and enjoy the tingle of crisp bubbles with your roast chicken!
Non-alcoholic sparkling wine has been a leader in the n/a drinks category since the beginning. The carbonation added to dealcoholized wine adds mouthfeel back to a very thin liquid (usually) and the oxygenation amplifies flavour notes. The early dealcoholized sparkling wines were fun and had more of a ‘tastes like wine’ taste than still wines but over the years, I’ve seen the quality improve greatly and the list below really reflects the craftsmanship in the non-alcoholic wine space in 2026.
How is non-alcoholic sparkling wine made?
Non-alcoholic sparkling wine starts off as a regular still wine (with alcohol) that is dealcoholized using a variety of methods to gently remove the alcohol through heat or vacuum or both. A winemaker then works with the dealcoholized wine to add back in flavour and tannins as needed before it undergoes gentle carbonation to integrate bubbles. The only exceptions to this are the two top wines below, which don’t use added sugars and in the case of Bolle, no artificial carbonation either.
*Note: 'alcohol free wine' or 'zero alcohol wine' means 0.0% alcohol - this article covers non-alcoholic dealcoholized wines that are less than 0.5% alcohol.

Made by a master Austrian winemaker from low-yield old vines, the Sparkling Select is a delicate, floral blend of white varietals native to Austria. 2. BOLLE Sparkling Blanc de Blanc (France)
BOLLE Sparkling Blanc de Blanc is one of the best non-alcoholic sparkling wines because of the price vs quality. It tastes like an old world aged champagne but it’s only $30!
Tasting notes: Holy grail alert!! BOLLE Sparkling Blanc de Blanc is out of this world, and arguably one of the best in the category globally and at a price point that’s absolutely bonkers for the quality. It’s one of what I call ‘chateau’ or estate wines, of which there are few in the category. This crisp bright sparkling wine is made with chardonnay and silvaner grapes grown in Spain, using secondary fermentation and no added sugar, resulting in a non-alcoholic wine that has the same characteristics of wine - mouthfeel, flavour and creamy bubbles that go on for days. 3. Tomorrow Cellars Sparkling Blanc du Rhone (U.S.)
Tasting notes: This is a practically perfect non-alcoholic bubbly made in California by experienced winemakers. It’s made from 100% Marsanne grapes, which I don’t always love the taste of as they can be slightly sweet, but it works in this elegant dealcoholized bubbly. It’s zingy and fresh, with a nice lift. Lower in sugar too, and a perfect accompaniment to oysters or caviar. Food pairing: Oysters, shellfish, seafood, creamy pastas

4. Society De La Rassi (Spain)
Society de la Rassi non-alcoholic sparkling wine is a crisp, dry and almost flavourless brut style drink, that tastes as expensive as it costs!
Tasting notes: Society De La Rassi is one of only three ‘chateau’ level wines in this category and even megastar Doechii agrees! It was recently seen at her post-Met Gala bash. This n/a champagne is crisp and truly bone-dry, with a nice bright acid backbone and very delicate grape must notes that really mimic the old world feel of a brut made in Champagne. A little bit of salinity that is just a hint of terroir. Just perfection and worth the higher price tag for sure!

5. Oddbird Blanc de Blanc
Oddbird Blanc de Blanc is a top dealcoholized sparkling wine with a bright acidity, balanced fruit and soft, creamy bubbles that tastes like a vintage bubbly circa-2001
Tasting notes: Oddbird Blanc de Blanc has been one of my hands-down favourites since I first discovered it in 2021. The Swedish brand was one of the first real premium n/a bubblies in the world and has withstood the test of time. It’s unique because it strikes a beautiful balance between acidity and sweetness and bubbles, and offers an experience that feels quietly luxurious at a very reasonable price point. 6. St. Buena Vida Alcohol Removed Sparkling Chardonnay (Spain)
You will love St Buena Vida if you like Spanish cava-style sparkling wines - it’s made from 100% Chardonnay grapes in Spain, and tastes just like a super dry premium cava
Tasting notes: This a fresh and lively dealcoholized sparkling wine with a bright acidity that is quite delicious. It’s off-dry, so a little bit more on the sweeter side than others, with notes of stone fruit, melon and a hint of green apple. It has a nice bite to it, kind of like a Spanish cava! This has fun soft bubbles and drinks like a mid-range sparkling wine. For the price it’s a great find!

7. Zeno Sparkling White (U.K)
I chose Zeno Sparkling White in the best sparkling wine category because it’s a really fun bubbly with a fresh summer flavour and no added sugar. A perfect sparkling wine to make a Hugo mocktail!
Tasting notes: Zeno Sparkling is a fan-favourite and people really love it. I’m not a fan of elderflower, and this non-alcoholic wine has quite strong elderflower notes on the palate. However, I definitely see the appeal because it’s very dry, and bright with a medium-plus acidity. Besides the elderflower, there is a hint of stone fruit and strawberry in a pleasantly balanced and nicely complex liquid. This one grew on me, and I would definitely reach for it again. Food pairings: it’s great as a sipper on it’s own without food!

8. Mionetto Dealcoholized Prosecco
Mionetto Dealcoholized Prosecco is the best non-alcoholic sparkling wine for Aperol spritz cocktails and mimosas because it’s zippy and bright, and mimics the sweetness and softness of a good quality prosecco.
Tasting notes: This is a zippy and bright n/a bubbly. It has loads of bright acidity and is quite dry with a hint of sweetness. I was expecting a much lower quality wine because the price is so low but it’s actually really nice. Despite the higher sugar, it doesn’t taste like sweetened, carbonated grape juice. There’s not a lot of complexity, but the acid backbone keeps it crisp and elegant, with notes of peach, apple and cranberry. It’s on this list because it’s delicious and affordable and sometimes that’s all it takes. Great in a non-alcoholic aperol spritz and the best non alcoholic sparkling wine for mimosas!

9. Wolffer Estates Spring In A Bottle Blanc de Blancs
Wolffer Estates Spring In A Bottle Blanc de Blancs is one of the best dealcoholized sparkling wines for holiday entertaining, because it’s not too sweet, has hint of acidity and a really full juicy flavour that pairs well with seasonal dishes.
Tasting notes: I think Wolffer Estates Spring In A Bottle Blanc de Blanc is kind of a secret holy grail that is slowly starting to get some traction. This non-alcoholic bubbly is nice and crisp and dry with playful bubbles, and it really doesn’t taste like grape juice at all. It’s got notes of green apples balanced with some nuttiness and a creamy mouthfeel. I loved it! Food pairing: puff pastry appetizers with cheese and cranberries, roasted nuts, turkey and stuffing

10. Wander + Found Sparkling Cuvee Blanc
Wander + FOund Sparkling Cuvee Blanc is one of the best value for price options amongst non-alcoholic sparkling wine. It’s got a great flavour, fun bubbles and is only $20!
Tasting notes: This is a 94-point wallet-friendly non-alcoholic sparkling wine that really sizzles. It’s a perfect blend of tart acidity and just a hint of sweetness, with nice tight bubbles and a creamy mouthfeel. It’s made in Germany at a 200-year old vineyard and the quality and precision show. I’ve always loved this bottle because it’s great quality for the price! Food pairings: Roast chicken, making Hugo mocktails (BEST value for the money in this category!)

11. Eins Zwei Zero Sparkling Riesling
My rating: 8.5/10
Price: $20USD
Best for: Sushi, tempura and other Asian dishes
This was one of the OG non-alcoholic sparkling wines and also one of the best. Riesling is a great varietal to dealcoholize but a lot of people may remember sickly sweet cheap riesling wines from the 1980s/1990s and might have stayed away from this bottle. Premium quality riesling is not sweet, but rather quite bone dry and minerally. This sparkling riesling is a great example of a brand using premium grapes and innovation to craft a great alcohol-free specimen with all the flavour of the real thing.
The BEST part about this specific sparkling wine is that it comes in regular bottles OR 250ml cans, and it doesn’t taste like tin!
12. Noughty Sparkling Chardonnay
My rating: 8/10
Price: $31USD
Best for: Mixed into cocktails or on it’s own
Noughty Sparkling Chardonnay is an excellent low-sugar non-alcoholic sparkling wine option. The UK brand manufactures this style (one of five styles they carry) in Germany from 100% Chardonnay grapes, and it has those telltale notes of crisp green apple and lemon. It’s nice and bright with playful bubbles and really a crowd-pleasing option that both drinkers and non-drinkers can enjoy.
