Strawberry LimonZERO Spritz Mocktail

This Strawberry LimonZERO Spritz mocktail will be your mocktail of summer, I promise. Once you experience the flavour combo in this drink, you will be stocking up on LimonZERO like your life depended on it.

Strawberry puree for drinks

I had never actually made strawberr pureé before if you can believe it, so I had to experiment a bit to get the right consistency for a mocktail or cocktail. The best combination is blending about one and a half cups of strawberry slices with only 2 tbsp of water until smooth. If you add too much water it’s a messy pulp, but if you don’t add any water it’s too thick for the blender to properly puree and to put in a mocktail.

What is LimonZERO

Pallini is one of the oldest brands making the Italian lemoncello liquere, and they took their popular formula and created a non-alcoholic version called LimonZERO. They are the only true non-alcoholic limoncello in the world. Sure, you could just use lemon juice if you wanted but the ‘liquere’ consistency and the taste of the sweet sunny Sfusato (Amalfi) lemons is irreplacable.

You can easily find LimonZERO on Amazon for $25.
