Savoury Alcohol-free Vermouth Spritz Mocktail

If you like white wine, try this vermouth spritz mocktail that hints at the flavours of Greek wine

Dry vermouth is made with grape spirit, so many years ago as a new teetotaler, I fell in love with non-alcoholic vermouth. The herbal but sweet aperitivo reminded me of the deep aromatics I missed in wine.

Made in Greece, Roots Divino Bianco is one of the best non alcoholic dry vermouths in the category. You can use it to make a martini mocktail, but it really shines in a simple spritz recipe.

This mocktail is fresh and bubbly and really easy to stir up for a spring or summer night on the patio.

A note about alcohol-free vs non-alcoholic: this mocktail is completely alcohol-free as the vermouth was not created by dealcoholizing a traditional full ABV vermouth.
