Dry January: Winter Non Alcoholic Aperol Spritz

You're probably familiar with summertime favourite the Aperol Spritz, a delightful combination of orange bitter and sweet prosecco. This drink can make the transition to winter with our favourite winter fruits - pomegranate or cranberry. It's easy to make this a non alcoholic cocktail, especially if you can find Gruvi Secco at your local grocery store (see bottom of page for where to buy in Canada). Gruvi single serve makes it extremely easy to make one or two spritzes without having to open a big bottle of sparkling wine. We love it mixed into cocktails like this, and it's a perfect match with the bitter orange and the juicy pomegranate flavours.

Gruvi is also technically a Canadian company, as the founders are from Ontario. Although much of its product is produced in the U.S., we were happy to find out the sparkling wine is produced in Quebec!
