Dry January: Triple Citrus Kombucha Fizz

Giving up drinks means you have time to give your system some TLC. Perk up your digestion and your immunity with this spirit-free cocktail loaded with Vitamin C and probiotics. It's got a lot of ingredients, but it’s super easy to throw together for an afternoon pick-me up.

Booch Kombucha is a small, Ontario based company that makes the best flavoured kombucha around. We’re using the Citrus Twist flavour in this drink!

Brunch, breakfast, afternoons in the sun - anytime! 

Ingredients

1/4 lime sliced
1/4 small orange sliced (approx)
1/4 grapefruit sliced (approx)
1 ounces freshly squeezed orange juice
1 ounces freshly squeezed lime juice
3 ounces grapefruit or citrus kombucha
1 ounces ginger beer

Directions

Add the sliced citrus to a large-ish tumbler with some ice. Pour in the juices and kombucha and top with ginger beer. Add a dash of salt and gently stir. Enjoy!
