It's January, and if you’re anything like us, you're probably dreaming of sunny skies and sandy beaches. If so, this is the drink that will bring that tropical sunshine to your life. Margaritas are not the only drink to make with tequila. The Cantarito is a cousin of the Paloma, with more of a citrus punch. It's well-worth squeezing the fresh juice to make this super easy and sunny cocktail for your next Taco Tuesday!
We’re using Sobrii-0 Alcohol Free Tequila, because we like to support local Canadian brands (it’s made it Guelph, Ontario!) but also because it adds a nice complexity to the cocktail without too much heat. It’s a nice pairing with the plethora of citrus fruit!
