Non alcoholic aperol spritz with Lyre's Italian Spritz

Lyre’s Spirits Co from Australia has created an incredible alcohol-free Italian Spritz product, that is an excellent Aperol stand in. This recipe marries the bitterness of Aperol with the sweet tart of grapefruit, with some fizz. We’ve made it easy with just a few ingredients!

Ingredients:

2 oz Lyre’s Italian Spritz
2 oz Fever Tree Sparkling Grapefruit
2 oz soda water
Pinch of Himalayan salt

Directions:

Pour ingredients over ice in order listed, sprinkle with some pink Himalayan rock salt and enjoy! Garnish with a grapefruit wedge, if desired.
