Ingredients:

1.5 oz Free Spirits Tequila⁠

Juice from a whole lime (or less, to taste)⁠ plus two lime wedges

1 tbsp Jalapeno brine (chilled)⁠

Two shakes of salt⁠

3/4 cup Ting Sparkling Grapefruit (chilled)⁠

Add the lime wedges to the bottom of a mixing glass and gently muddle. Add all the ingredients except the sparkling grapefruit to the mixing glass with ice and stir to chill. Strain into a festive glass, with a salt rim, and top with sparkling grapefruit. Cheers and enjoy!
