Dry January: Don't Come Undone Negroni

Sponsored Content

Don't get scared off by the fancy name. A Negroni is the easiest cocktail to make, and one of the tastiest to boot - even when it's zero proof. It usually uses an Italian orange bitter as its base, something that traditionally can be made both with alcohol and without. It's easy to find Crodino, a non alcoholic Italian bitter, in any Italian grocery store.

This non alcoholic Negroni uses Undone No. 7 Not Orange Bitter, as well as their No. 2 No Gin and No 9 Not Red Vermouth. The combination of these three zero proof spirits is so close to the original complexity of a Negroni, your mouth won't even notice it's booze free.
