Top 5 Places to Buy Non-Alcoholic Drinks in Toronto

Don’t wait for delivery. Here’s where you can shop for non-alcoholic drinks in-store in Toronto.

Although Canada is quite far behind when it comes to being able to shop in-store for non-alcoholic drinks, stores are slowly starting to stock their shelves with inclusive options for everyone. Outside of big chain grocery stores, which carry mostly big brand options, there are lots of small specialty shops and grocery markets carrying premium and craft non-alcoholic options. Here are the top places in central Toronto to pick up non-alcoholic drinks in person, if you’re not interested in waiting for online orders to arrive.

1. The Sobr Market Bottle Shop

The Sobr Market is a new non-alcoholic drinks bottle shop located in downtown Toronto. They have everything you’ve seen on Instagram and TikTok, including rare U.S. imports. It’s located upstairs in The Beatrice Society on Richmond. You’ll want to buy everything you see so make sure you bring a few shopping bags with you!

2. Zero Proof Toronto

Gail Lynch has been on the non-alcoholic drinks scene for several years, and recently launched a non-alcoholic bottle shop on College Street in Cabbagetown. The bespoke shop has a good selection of non-alcoholic wines, alcohol-free spirits and ready-to-drink mocktails. She hosts mocktail classes on Friday nights, but check the calendar at zero-bar.ca to get the schedule and buy tickets.

They have Ceder’s non-alcoholic spirits which include four styles of great non-alcoholic gin options, plus the standard Seedlip. Their newest exciting product is Parch Pinarita and Prickly Paloma - both award-winning tequila style canned non-alcoholic cocktails. 5. The Big Carrot

It only took this east-end grand dame of organic foods several years to start carrying non-alcoholic drinks, but now that they are, they’ve got a great selection. They carry Harmon’s Non-Alcoholic Craft Beer, DRNK canned mocktails and lots more. Validated parking at the Kingston Road/Beaches location.
